This church has been a consistent light in its region, especially through its dedicated food ministry, which now serves 400 to 500 people each month. About five years ago, the church took a step of faith and purchased a second building to expand this outreach—demonstrating a strong commitment to being the hands and feet of Christ.

Pastor Bill McCrary, who shepherded the church for two separate seasons, has recently retired. While they experienced some recovery in attendance following the pandemic, the transition following his retirement has brought new challenges, including a decline in attendance and increased strain on the dedicated leadership team.
